Also posted here are the diary entries of Warren G. Bean, my great grandfather. Warren G. Bean lived from 1866 till 1949. He was a farmer and a Mennonite bishop for the Franconia Conference of the Mennonite church in Montgomery County Pennsylvania. My hope is that others might take some inspiration. Warren started farming on his own in the late 19th century; I started in the late 20th.

A.M. Clear and warm. Cultivated corn.
I and Henry Wismer went to see Mrs. Henry Tyson. Not very favorable.
What do you think he meant by "not very favorable"? Was it a business transaction or something related to the church, I wonder.
